Charity leads Mzinga Legal & Tax Consultants, overseeing the firm’s strategic direction, legal advisory, consultancy, and dispute-resolution work. She advises on contracts, agreements, and legal opinions and supervises litigation matters. Prior to her appointment in 2024, she practised as an Advocate at Aryan Attorneys, representing clients in hearings, trials, and negotiations, and managing matters from research to settlement. She has also advised on employment law and corporate policies and worked with CSB Law Chamber and BLS Attorneys. Charity holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania and an LLB from Ruaha Catholic University. She works in English and Kiswahili.
